Based in Perth’s city centre, Verdant is a green inner-city community with 137 residential apartments and one commercial unit across 21-storeys, that was completed in June of 2019. Project Developers engaged us during the early stages of construction for a suite of power solutions. Collaborating with key project personnel, we were able to work with the building’s infrastructure to provide a Community Energy Network and solar PV system, and are still passing on the savings today.
