Completed in mid-2022, the Bradshaw is a development in Manning comprising of 22 boutique apartments and 10 commercial suites.
Bright Connect has designed a community energy network which incorporates both electricity and cold water metering. The building had also been designed to be EV ready – with property buyers able to add on a Bright Connect EV charger to their private car bay. A communal EV charger is also available.
Bright Connect equipped the building with on-site renewable energy generation along with superfast broadband infrastructure.
