26 on Charles is a mixed-use development in South Perth comprising of 28 residential apartments and 14 commercial tenancies. The project build was completed in June 2020.
The developer engaged Bright Connect to design, manage and maintain a community energy network for the benefit of all occupants. Bright Connect was also responsible for the installation of on-site renewable energy generation.
